Actually now I think about it, the list isn’t that long, but that’s not the point, the point is that there were things that I was better than Kim at.
But then she got faster than me at cycling and that was struck off the list.
Then she went and ran a marathon and that was that struck off the list.
Which just left me with paddling (and maybe blogging) …
But now Kim’s decided she wants to do a multi-sport event solo and so Monday night saw us up at Geoff & Lyn’s place for her first lessons in forward paddle strokes …
So it looks like my Epic V8 Ski is moving out to Carlton for Kim to practice with and no doubt soon the only advantage I’ll have over Kim in any of our events is the fact that I am the only one of us that can actually navigate their way to the start line …
